Why Google Play store not logging in Samsung Galaxy Y Duos?

+1 vote
I am not able to open Google Play Store in my Samsung Galaxy Y Duos android phone. When I click on the icon, it won't open. If it opens (rarely) then it is not able to log me in, even if I use my gmail ID and password. Please help me to solve this.

I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, rebooted the device and still the same problem occurs.

Login to Google or gmail in a PC using the same credentials and check whether it works or not. If it works, then try to login to Google Play store again in your phone. Or you may try to login to other google products in your phone browser.

If nothing solves your problem, then create a new user ID in your PC browser and login to Google Play store in your phone using the same ID/Password. Now it may solve your problem.

If still facing the problem, then go to the recovery mode of the phone and wipe cache and check.

Final option would be wiping cache and reset factory/data settings in recovery mode of the phone.
